Sore Again.

I thought running everyday would help stop me from being sore from volleyball, well I was wrong. With just an hour and 15 minutes of conditioning I'm sore and it probably didnt help that there was only one other girl besides me there so we really didnt get much of a rest.

Today is one of those days were I just want to sleep.  I just feel like laying in bed, watching tv, and going to bed early. DANG its on 720. I need to get better sleeping habits.

  1. I know what you mean. We dont go to bed till 2 and get up at 8:30! crazy right. I hope you feel better though and I bet if you keep it up the working out will... well... work. good luck and PLEASE dont break a leg.

  2. whats the worst are the night i go to bad at 3 and have to be up at 730
